Refund policy
For hygiene reasons headwear and underwear can’t be returned or exchanged.
Apparel may be returned for exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided it is unworn, has the original labels and the proof of purchase is retained.
Headwear is a tough item to keep clean and cannot be washed. We recommend the use of a rain and strain resistant spray to maximise the life span of your headwear.

At this stage we do not accept returns or exchanges for online sales in our retail locations. These can only be made via the online store with the use of a courier.
Send the order (in its original packaging) to the following address together with a copy of your invoice. In the case of an exchange, please also include the replacement item required:

- Please note that a return can take up to 5 days to complete from date of receipt and issuing of credit note email.
- An alternative item will be suggested should the replacement item not be available in the size required.
- A refund will be processed in the event of no stock in the required items.
- Your refund will be processed within 15 days after we have received your return in our warehouse. The amount of your return will be refunded via the original payment method, with the shipping costs deducted.
Need to return a DAMAGED ITEM?
If an order is damaged , please first contact us on onlinehelp@neweracap.co.za so that we can help you out in the best way.
The warehouse will arrange for the collection of items and a replacement will be sent within 3 working days of receipt of the damaged item.
Should the original item not be available, the customer will have the option of choosing either an alternative or a refund.
In cases of unavailability, New Era will refund the customer in full within 15 days of receipt of the goods.
Cancellation of orders by the customer will attract a 10% charge for administration costs. New Era reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should New Era this right, the customer will receive a full refund with no deductions.
