Our delivery times & conditions for South African orders.

You can expect delivery within 7 working days once payment is confirmed:

Please ensure that you use a physical address for delivery details as we use a courier company to deliver who cannot deliver to a PO Box or Private Bag. Please also be sure that all details supplied are accurate so we can ensure your order is delivered without delay. 

Free shipping on all orders over R500 (R60 shipping on orders under R500)

 

Please ensure that you send proof of payment to onlinehelp@neweracap.co.za to ensure timeous processing of your order.

Your order can be tracked using www.fedex.com/en-za/home.html and entering the waybill number that will be sent to you once your order has been packed:  

Orders received Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment reflecting in our account

Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays will be dispatched within 24 hours of the first work day that payment is reflected in our account.

 

Deliveries

If you live in the a major city such as Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein, Nelspruit etc, your order should be delivered within 24 hours once shipped.

If you live in an outlying area, your order can take from 72 hours to a week to be delivered.
